New to the forum and thought I would share the best (and most comprehensive) article I've ever seen on the topic of dubbing. Big props to the author: Dennis Shaw from thelimpcobra.com (don't worry, it's safe for work), for taking the time to write all of this down.

I was intrigued so I looked for it, too. This is the only complete copy I could find, Through the Wayback machine web archive project.  Not in pdf form, but at least with this one, all the info and pictures are there.  You could screen shot the pages and make a pdf or print it out.  Thanks for bringing it up, it is a good resource.  LL
