notenuftoys 0 Report post Posted December 30, 2017 They won't win any beauty contests, but here's a small mess of gold ribbed hare's ear nymphs. I used Thin Skin for the wingcase and added a coating of resin.

Nick Clayton 0 Report post Posted December 31, 2017 Ordered a Stonfo Dubbing Brush Device with some Christmas gift cards. It arrived today so naturally I had to set it up and spin up my first brush. Nothing fancy, just some SF Blend and Orange Predator Wrap. Came out ok for my first go at it. I'm really looking forward to seeing what kind of cool stuff I can come up with for dubbing brushes

Bimini15 0 Report post Posted December 31, 2017 Last of 2017 for me. Inspired by Kelly Galloups last video. Made it single hook and changed the head for arctic fox and tear mender, which I thought was supossed to dry clear. Will cover in UV later.

But not if it dries like that.
Bimini15 0 Report post Posted December 31, 2017 I am not passing judgement yet. First I think I put way too much, then I wonder if the dispenser needle (I pour some from the bottle into a plastic dispenser) had some rust. It is old, and something similar happened with another glue that took on some coloration. It dries hard with a little flex, and I like that.
