Steeldrifter 0 Report post Posted December 5, 2017 Also just off the bench this morning is this 6'6" 2wt with aluminum seat, custom burl cork grip, Sf guides wrapped in red metallic main wraps with gold metallic trim wraps and a bit of gold spiral in front of the grip. Steeldrifter 0 Report post Posted December 9, 2017 Thanks. Not that bad to work with. It doesn't sand down as "fast" as natural cork but it's still pretty easy to work with. I like it because it is more durable than natural cork so it'll still look good years down the road when natural cork grips are all pitted and worn.
