Maybe get a frameable print made as enlarged as much as the focus/quality would allow.   Wonder where you could do that?

Should have moved back to Sams Creek. At the split of LCP and Thunderhead Prong,  go right on TP.  Sam's Creek cuts off TP to the left.  Helped "guide" some boys for TN Trout Camp. Ahem, my kid was the only one to limit out...caught on an elk hair caddis. There was one that was 9 inches which is real big for an Apalachian brookie.  My first one was about 3 inches long...on an EHC. Love that fly!

Thanks for the tip, Skeet3t.  I had planned on trying to locate Sam's Creek before the week was out, but sadly never got around to it.  The thought of a 9" brookie makes me really regret not making the effort.  I'll make a point of locating it earlier in the week on my next trip (likely May).

Let me know when.  I'm retired so any day is OK. I'm always looking for another to go wet a line with me. Wife isn't keen on me fishing by myself. She thinks 73 is old. Plus I could use some photos and material for a magazine article or two. BTW, used to live in Shreveport and Pineville, LA. Crawfish boils are non-existent here in Tennessee.

I appreciate it, skeet3t!  I'll definitely take you up on the offer.

And it's hard to beat an LA crawfish boil.  Hopefully things are back to normal by peak boil season next year.  Most of the ones I get excited for each spring all ended up cancelled due to COVID lockdown this past spring.
