rib - small wire red over medium tinsel pearl over medium tinsel holo red
body - peacock herl
wing - marabou black 
head - deer hair dyed black (1 Tbs Rit Dark Brown/1 cup water overdyed with 1 Tbs Rit Black/1 cup water)

Dark Spruce Streamer Variant, size 6 (9XL). 

Came across this recipe in the above book and it jumped out at me a bit. Combines elements of other streamers I've been having success with so I thought I would give it a whirl. Added copper wire ribbing for durability and a little extra weight. Botched the tail a bit in the above pic, but otherwise pretty happy.

Nice flys Everyone!

Here are some brown and light olive nymph variants sizes I tied from 12 -16.  Nothing fancy but they should catch fish.
