Sessions,

Been on my bucket list for a long time.  Was first made aware of this cased caddis pattern on a Russian web site which I can no longer find.  Google Copper Clad Caddis (American Site) for an SBS of that pattern.

Finally found a few moments to spend at the vise today. Not the best job but I had a good time and for me thats what its about. Its hard to get back in the swing of things after a few weeks off.

@Pbass   Looks good.  I’ve been stop and go on the vise my whole adult life and though you may get

rusty a bit those hours at the bench add up to a growing cumulative experience.  Like money in the bank.

@Moshup What you said makes perfect sense. I am going to keep on tying the patterns I know for a bit here. Warm back up before I try using those beautiful tails you sent me. Thank you again my friend! Happy new year!

For the beads my friend gave me some " diamond painting drills" that she had left over from a picture she did   They are small, the smallest I could find.  I had used coarse sand at one time but didn't like the aesthetics when done. I only want to tie these on a 10 or 12 because I've got those hooks

Your BEST flies belong in a frame - the rest the fish get to see!

I have seed beads i think that's what they are called when I tie size 30 nymphs
