Body orange silk dubbed with Fox ear.

Nice Mark! I can't even trim deer hair into basic shapes like round and square. A freaking duck that actually looks just like a duck is some serious stacking and trimming. Really really nice job. I'm pulling for you to catch a pike on it.

Wait just a dog-gone minute there Poop, I saw your last deerhair-dragon tail popper and it looked like righteous bass tucker to me. Don't you try to buffler me.😁But thanks, I appreciate it. The pike season will have to wait a minute. My boat's still in the shop and I'm leaving on a ten day trip to the salt on Wed. I'll try to drown that duck when I get back. Really, thanks bud.

Wanted to tie something before calling it a night. Just a generic flymph  pattern

Hook. ....... Alcock 
Thread ...... Pearsall’s gossamer primrose
Tail. ...... Wood duck flank
Body. ..... Pale red fox
Ribbing. .... 5 turns small gold wire. * sorry looks nice but camera doesn’t show it
Thorax. .... SLF blend. Fox squirrel
Hackle. .... Golden plover breast feather

On a wet March Brown kick today. No. 12 from North Country flies by T. E. Pritt 

Hook. Allcocks #6812 wet size 12.

Silk. Pearsalls gossamer Lt. Orange #6a.

Wing. Hen pheasant folded.

Tail. Partridge split.

Body. Lt. Orange silk dubbed with hares ear and yellow mohair mixed.

Rib. Yellow button hole twist.

Hackle. Partridge.
