I do see a BIG difference in the flies you tie when you are steamed.  There's A LOT more of your high-quality work!!😎

Here's a tie from Leslie Wrixon.

Fuzzy Wuzzy - Leslie is an accomplished fly tyer from the northeast.  She was chosen to be the official tyer for the Fly Fishing Team USA for the 2006 Fishing Wold Championships held in Portugal.  This is one of her designs and I love the fact that it uses a less common hook - the Mustad 37160 wide gap.

Thread - black

Abdomen- orange seal or substitute (angora goat used here)

Thorax -black seal or substitute (angora goat used)

Throat - hen black hackle fibers
