I'd just suggest making the tail portion a lot bigger...so it looks odd in your hand but when fished it will collaspe and be the right size. Great idea especially for tying some translucent style flies where the impression is bigger than the fly itself, like an optical illusion that so many baitfish naturally have. Nice Sean

Great fly Salty Do you tie in the Yak hair near the bend to keep it from fouling? Is the white yak hair tied on top of the shank or below. Going to try to add some BIG patterns to the box this winter. Thanks Sean
