Hi All,

 

What is your favorite perch pattern (Perca fluviatilis)?

 

My Top 5 Perch Fly list

 

1. Gold Head Grey and White Zonker (natural colors) - size 4,6

 

2. Black Fritz Lure with orange tail - size 8

 

3. Bugger (red body, grizzly tail, hackle black) - size 8,10

 

4. Pike Streamer (white and violet angel hair, red eyes) - size 4

 

5. Booby Fly (black body, orange tail) - size 10

Hatcher - I haven't fished for perch since I was a kid. And then I just used worms on a hook. Unless perch are greatly different in Czech Rep. (what you call perch may be different than what I call perch) you might get more responses posting this in the Warmwater Species forum as there are more people there that have experience fishing for them.
