any other local chicagoians out there? where does every one fish?

hello chicagoians I know we have a good fly shop and an orvis in the city but where does every one fish? I hit the fork in chicago river weekly[ river park] and all the harbors ones every other week. I have seen others fly guys pass by but never do they stop to say " whats up? what kind of fly's you useing". Is there something im missing? I'm new to fly fishing and new to fishing all togther. it would be nice to start a chicago gang.
