I am new to the forum but have been fly fishing for about 10 years and tying for about 7 years. I fish mainly trout parks and bass ponds in Missouri but I enjoy getting out to Colorado for wild trout and the occasional trip to the coast for some salt water fly fishing. I am planning my first winter fishing trip to Colorado this winter and would welcone any tips regarding the Rocky Mountain National Park region. Lot's of experienced tiers and fly fisher folk here and almost all will help you in any way they can. Myself, I am too new to the sport to be an authority, that and the fact that I am a Florida boy dropped into Nova Scotia...which means I am confused a lot!
