Guest Report post Posted March 1, 2020 Getting bout time for bass bedding down here in Dixie. I know yada, yada...catch/release. We learned and they make a plastic turtle that bass just cant stand invading their beds. Gonna refine my turtle fly. Im thinking sparse packed deer hair and felt or sued legs will make one castable and sink slowly. My first attempts float and werent as effective in the deeper beds. Any experimenters? Latest attempt Sheesh. Tryin to spin hair over lead wraps dodging legs. My hats off to you deer hair guys for sure. Legs outa innertube rubber. Gotta be a better way....
