Hello from Indiana USA!
I have been tying and using flies, (with bait) for panfish since my grandad taught me back in the summer of 1969.
Now I am passing the art on to my grandkids.
Some may know me because I hosted the "Catch and Cook" flyswap at the Virtualflybox.com site that has been defunct since I sent in my second swap for "doppleganger" flies.
I had a page at flytyingworld.com... no more bio...but my flies are still there with no name....
I also had some articles, and flies at other sites that passed on as well ....."Bob Morger's", and some that started well but after a few months fizzled out.
I still have about 20 articles scattered all over the Flyanglersonline.com site as well.
I stopped tying and focused on teaching my grandkids to fish, and tie flies.
Now I am coming back slowly.
I may be interested in joining some swaps...but I don't tie by any pattern book...I tie for the fish, as I usually tip with some type of bait to help the grocery bill out.
Don't slam me too hard for using bait...I fish for Bluegills mostly...NOT TROUT!
Nice site here I think I'll stick around awhile if you dont toss me out!
Thanks for your time!
Lil'John
