Supposed to be good for SRCs; may have other ideas in mind. Change colors to suit your needs.


hook - Mustad 9671 #6

underbody - non-tox .030

thread - UTC 140 hot pink

tail - grizzly hen

abdomen - Ice Dub UV hot pink

hackle - grizzly hen



mash barb, slide on bead; make a few wraps of non-tox and jam inside bead

start thread, prep hackle and tie in by tip

measure some grizzly hackle (shank); tie in/trim butts

double over thread to create loop; insert dubbing, spin (3 blips on the baby formula mixer)

The one thing I would do is lacquer the lead free wire in the body to prevent discoloration of the hot pink body materials after it gets wet. Nice SBS as usual.
