I used a cheap ol' sunrise vise for the last 26 years til Santa put a Griffin Rotary Vise under the tree for me this past Christmas,took awhile to get used to it since tying on a stationary vise was what I learned with,but what a vise,that rotary part of the vise,sure does the trick.

Hello from the Comox Valley,I found this site,Just what I needed,surf on a flyfishing&flytying only site,I've been with other forums but this one here is the cup of tea.Thank to whomever for starting it.It's pretty informative.I've been flogging the fly and tying for the past 25years,took in what was a dismal coho season on the east side of the Island here,did actually well,allC/R.returned them to the river gods.well enough of the chatter,glad to have found this site and joined.Shayne.
