Hey guys, will the Nikkor Series Lenses work on digital SLRs like the D200?
Also, I found the D200 for $500.

Should I try to get this camera, or try for something else?
Edit: Nevermind, I found out the Nikkor lenses will work...Will the old ones work to? Any 35 mm lense will work, right?

One more thing, can anyone suggest a high-quality Digital SLR that is reasonably priced? Maybe around $600?
It will be used for outdoor phtotography.
The 30D is too expensive for me.

Nice shots!

I went out to try for some prespawn bass on the Huron in MI. I got skunked, but came away with some nice pictures
Mmmmm, milky water!

Here's some photos of Canadian geese that I took with a Kodak Easyshare Digi Camera.
I took some pictures of finches and grosbeaks with my Nikon N8008...Yes, the N8008! The film is developing, and I'll see if I can post the pictures tommorow.
I have a question, will the Nikkor Series Lenses work with any of the new Digital SLRs? Such as the 30D or D200?

Graham, what settings is your camera on for those amazing bird photos?!?!?

Snakes are awesome. We have a lot of watersnakes around here.

Thanks! That was from our trip to India, from my Grandfather's Terrace.
The camera is a Kodak Easyshare Z710 digital zoom camera.

How do you guys ship bulky flies such as dahlberg-divers so that the deer hair isn't flattened?
Is there any cheap and economical way?

Hey Len, at least you had beer!

Here is a gallery of some pics over the last 2-3 years...I have dabbled in SLR, and starting to use it more...
Sorry about the annoying Date stamps...You can see my fishing album in the link under my sig.

Thanks for the welcome guys! I've done some smallie fishing in the stretch of the Huron that runs through the University of Michigan. Most fish run small, the biggest I've caught was 14 inches.

Hey all!
My name is Santosh, and I'm a fishing fanatic. I love flyfishing, but I also pull out the spinning and baitcasting rod quite often.
I was born in Minnesota, and now live in Canton, Michigan. I'm a sophmore at Canton High School.
My favorite fish are salmon, trout, and bass. Every year, my dad and I make trips up to the Au Sable, Little Manistee, and Manistee for trout, salmon, and steelhead.
We also fish all over the states. I've fished in 40 states, and in five countries.
I don't tie flies, but I've always wanted to try it.
Looking forward to chatting with ya!

Ok, thanks for the heads up Graham!
Will the old Nikkor lenses work too?
