siestafred 0 Report post Posted March 2, 2013 This pattern is not nearly as bulky as it looks here. When wet the craft fur compresses and pulsates. If you look at the second photo in Pattern Info you'll see the look of the Wing n Flash on the top and the bottom of the fly. When wet it gives the fly a super translucent look, just like a shrimp. william anderson 0 Report post Posted March 5, 2013 this is helpful. I don't tie a lot of salt water patterns but a buddy is headed south for bonefish and asked for a few to take a long.
