My understanding is that borax can be used to eliminate potential bug problems. I just recently got a pheasand and a hun skin that I'd like to preserve. I'll microwave and scrape the hides. Then I figure on storing them in ziplocks with some borax. The thing that disturbs me is that no place on the package or the website (20mulelaundry.com) is there any mention of bugs. Flower preserving yes, but nothing about bugs. Am I looking at the right stuff. 20 mule team borax in the laundry detergent isle. Thanks

I'm just now setting up my bench and am looking for ideas for an organized means of material storage. I went to a craft store yesterday and didn't really find any boxes/cabinets that suited me. I'd prefer to have something that was vertical. With horizontal storage, whatever you need is at the bottom of the stack. Thanks.
