So I have been messing around with stonefly patterns and came up with this. Let me know what you think and if it'll get the job done for a stonefly.

Wrestled all my life just about and wrestled a year and a half in D1 college. After that I decided I've had enough of that, more time for fishing now! Wrestling in college you have no life, kinda takes the fun out of it.

Bought mine through a fly shop that sells some Orvis supplies and that's who makes the kind I was using. Most fly shops should have it or something close. Ice dubbing would be a close match, but this chenille seems to be thicker.

Its actually not dubbing but chenille and its called Medium Krystal Flash Chenille and the color is Rusty Brown.

I like them a lot...my only "problem" is with the thread collar.

Yeaha, I think I'm going to color over the thread with a sharpie.

Been messing around with this scud pattern for a little while now, let me know.

Let's just see how Canada Post Expedited (I believe that is what she called it) guarantee of 3 days or less does. They went out this morning before the snow storm hit. Since I have been having problems a few times with flies gone missing, they are insured both ways. I'm gonna have to get another job to pay for shipping my swap flies LOL!
