I dig it. The northern pike in my local river would love the colors on that fly.

I used to hate catching bluegills, but once I started fly fishing, it made them, sooo much more enjoyable to catch. I am surrounded by a lot of lake and ponds, and every one of them has bluegills. My favorite are the mandatory catch & release lakes, the bluegills in those waters are on steroids! They're massive and put a real nice bend in my 5 wt.

No biggie, they get us all sonner or later! So, true.

Nice crawfish patterns. Any hidden weight on them?

Very nice! Those should defiantly catch bass. I'm going to attempt to tie a few deceivers tonight.

That's really neat!

Those are some great looking flies. Nice work!

I can tell you that the bluegill here in Illinois would love that. So would the crappie. Nice fly, man!

My favorite warm water fish to cast flies to had to be the LMB. Here in Chicago, they're in every lake. I love catching smallies, too, but they're not so abundant here.

I agree with everyone else. I think that'll increase your hook up chances.

Very cool. I'm dig the glowing effect, too.

Interesting looking fly. Nice work! I never even thought about using those hooks. Now I know what to do with those hooks wide gap hooks I don't use anymore, since I have converted to fly fishing 5 years ago.

Great looking pattern!
Always great to tie a fly you are proud of, now catch a fish, take a picture, and frame it with the flyThis is a very cool idea!

Thank you, for all the tips & tricks, Piker20 and Phish!
Much appreciated!

Looks good except the bottom one with conehead. Try starting farther up the shank and finish off into the conehead plus go up a few size to.The next one I tied with these, I was going to do just that. What size hook do you think I should use? I've been using a size 1 Gamakatsu B10s hooks.

Nice looking EP Shad!

They look good. You appear to have avoided the pitfall of too much material.Thank you! More than a few things I read before tying with the fibers said to stay away from using too much material.
