Does anyone know a way to tie a streamer fly so the hook point rides up? I need the finished fly to have no weight or very little weight. I will be using a heavy weighted sinking line to get the fly to the bottom but need the hook point to ride up when retrieving the fly. I want no weight or little weight in the fly for maximum action.
