Can someone list the ingredients for the above mentioned fly? and possibly a like or description on how to tie it?

It's just a marabou or schlappen tail on a dubbed body with rubber legs coming off and lead eyes. An alternative for the body is chenille or sparkle chennille. The only trick to this pattern is ordering the 'scorpion' twister tails to tie on over the marabou. I have tried buying bulk Mister Twister packs and cutting off the tails to use, but they are too soft and the thread just rips through them. If you look you should be able to fins a place on line that carries the tails.

To get a better grip on the twister tail, use several loose wraps and a dab of glue.
