Pheabus 0 Report post Posted July 17, 2012 I found a box of these lips in some vintage tying materials. I've only seen these on old flies, and I believe they are over 50 years old. CoachBob 0 Report post Posted July 19, 2012 First, anyone can get foam plugs with a hollow punch set from harborfreight.com. $7 for a set of 9. Second, that plastic packaging you hate when you buy something and can't get into the package is perfect for diving lips. It is a hard clear plastic and usualy the back of a package is flat. I actually use a circle punch from Michael's to cut out the lips. It is about the size of a dime. You just have to punch HARD. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
