Undertow 0 Report post Posted February 26, 2007 Used some of my new bucktails and epoxy to create this. Its actually not so orange, its got alot of red in it. My camera just sucks and has no detail. I think it might at least get a pikes attention. Undertow
Moxie 0 Report post Posted February 27, 2007 Looks good to me, that should be a killer color. Try using white and red, pike seem to tend to hit those patterns more.
JSzymczyk 0 Report post Posted February 27, 2007 See if your camera has a macro function, which lets it focus up close. Most digital cams have it- it is normally designated by a little tulip-looking flower symbol. a lot of folks are unaware of it and disappointed they can't focus on closeups. Undertow 0 Report post Posted February 27, 2007 I will check but it seems like its always running out of batteries, brand new ones only last maybe a dozen pics. Its 5mp but its cheap, I got it free when i bought my printer. I added another coat of epoxy to the head of my fly. Looks alot bigger now and flows with the body more. I think i will tie up a white and red one today. Undertow
