Frogg07 0 Report post Posted April 18, 2007 I was thinking about bass when I tied this. Now the more I look at it I think maybe coldwater as well. Any feedback would be welcome Chris

Frogg07 0 Report post Posted April 19, 2007 CjCalls, Apparently I didn't think this thing through. But, it looks like it might work out OK: It sits pretty nicely, I think Chris

Tracy 0 Report post Posted April 21, 2007 I really like this. Very creative. I've been working with warm water patterns, and this one has given me some new inspiration. What did you use to make the beard?
Frogg07 0 Report post Posted April 21, 2007 Cj, I didn't take it that way, so....no worries. You pointed out something that just slipped my mind (or what's left of it). Tracy, the beard, which is now on top , is made out of flashabou. Next time I get a chance to tie a couple, I'll take all said into consideration, do a little flip-flopping around, and see what transpires. Thanks for the input guys. That's why I'm here, to learn from experienced tyers :yahoo: . Chris
