Soft-hackle 0 Report post Posted April 23, 2008 Netabrookie wanted this subject to die out, but there are those that persist in continueing to thumb their nose at those that know doing such things is illegal. Any image is protected under copyright law whether or not it's made up of dots on paper or dots on a screen. Taking images from online might be easy, but if the originator finds out and doesn't like why or how you are using it, don't be surprised if you end up in a lawsuit-especially if they are artwork, professional photographs or the like. Sorry, Netabrookie, but people just don't want to let it rest. Mark
Jeremism30 0 Report post Posted May 6, 2008 Someone mentioned losing links of patterns they like. So, I thought I'd tell ya what I do. When I find a recipe that I like I just print it to a PDF and save it with the name of the fly. Then just file it away on my computer. Can’t ever lose it that way.
