Futzer 0 Report post Posted November 13, 2008 well in my pond i put them on a bobber and fish for bass and crappie Thanks, you could always get the 2 weight out and tie up some small Dalbergs, Buggers or spiders and fly fish for the gills and bass. Cheers, Futzer.

mouse6196 0 Report post Posted November 14, 2008 Use an 18 ant pattern or nymph. Cast it under any bridge and I'm sure you'll get something.

lewy271 0 Report post Posted November 15, 2008 Seriously dude, I'm sorry I haven't been on the forum in some time. I probably come off sorta harsh most times, but a lot of people demand a lot from me and I demand alot from others; and I will say respect is one of them. I'm seeing alot of posts that look like someone is just trying to drive people nuts with goofy posts, maybe even being a little I don't know disrespectful to what people do with their spare time. Maybe I'm wrong, but come on really minnows.
vaflyguy 0 Report post Posted November 15, 2008 well in my pond i put them on a bobber and fish for bass and crappie My man! It seems to be part of southern culture, or a right of passage somehow thats folks in the south HAVE to give swimming lessons to minners for the purpose of attracting crappie. I gladly put down fly rod this event. Sorry fellers, thems just the facts.
