I started fly fishing and tying a few years back and in my opinion it's the most satisfying form of fishing there is. I recently started swinging for steelhead with a switch rod and was fortunate enough to land one this past month on a pattern I tied. I'm from Dayton...there are quite a few members from Ohio as well as other surrounding states...you will also see (if you haven't already) quite a few Midwest Steelheaders.
