grubman 0 Report post Posted December 28, 2012 I started fly fishing almost 22 years ago then got into tying my own flies. In the summer I mostly use spinning for bass and walleyes. This year's gonna be different, I wanna hit my first bass and pike on flies I tied. So I hope to pick up alot of tips on what to tie for them. But before that happens I got to tie up some killer flies for the bows that come up the tribs in spring. Most of what I've tied only attract perch and sunfish......lol. So I'm looking forward to also get a steel and brown on a fly.

grubman 0 Report post Posted January 7, 2013 Awesome, thanks. I'm in Scarb, Kennedy + St Clair. I usually hit the east tribs, tons of salmon there. Have yet to get a steel on a fly so that's my challenge for this year. Where you go? I plan on hitting the Grand soon.
