steelhead fishing Betsie river late September ,early October

will fish Betsie river in Late September ,early October.have tied egg paterns and egg sucking leeches. also some streamers like green butt skunk. any suggestions of hot patterns for steelhead and salmon.

Not too sure where that river is but for steelhead i would swing flies like intruders or speys. Absolute killer which i will let you know is the orange heron #2 (howell) in a size 5 - 1.5, infact the entire heron series should work very nicely, use bep or long spey hackle.
