Little bit unknown fish in fly fishing ,similar to asp and chub ...

 

I prefer to cast a fly so called "nisavska vestica" ( Nisava witch) ,very simple fly for tying ...

Thanks ,its a peacock for a body ,red tail is polypropylene , Brown rooster hackle

. Hook #12 or #10 , I prefer gamakatsu F11

Thanx but what I was asking... I can't tell whether the hackle went on first and the foam pulled over it on top, or whether you pulled the foam forward and tied the head and neck, and then put the hackle all the way around the neck.

When fly is finished tie hackle over foam - this is the last step .
