Saltybum 0 Report post Posted June 14, 2015 I primarily wade saltwater flats for trout and reds and usually wear a blue shirt to match the sky on sunny days. On cloudier days I wear more gray colors. Does it work? I've had jumbo sea trout of 7-10lbs come within rods length of me before I saw them (usually from behind) many times when standing still. Impossible to cast w/o them seeing you move but still pretty exciting to see those big girls so close. Once they do get that close your pretty well screwed anyway even after they swim on they wont eat after having checked you out that close.
