salmosalar 0 Report post Posted February 13, 2005 2005 Dieppe Fly Fishing Forum The Dieppe Fly tying Club and the Moncton Fish & Games present the second Fly Fishing Forum next April 2nd, 2005 at the NB Community College in Dieppe. The principal objective of this Forum is to promote the sport of Fly Fishing for the general population, especially to attract more young people and women. Five special guests will offer you specialize sessions: 10:30 AM: Warren Duncan: Tying the Famous Rusty Rat 11:45 AM: Paul Marriner: Fishing the Booby 1 PM: Bryant Freeman: Dry Fly Strategies 2 PM: Dennis Grant: The 5 basics of Fly casting 3 PM: Jerome Molloy: Tying a Featherwing Salmon fly We’ll also have more than 40 booths with flyfishing tackle, outfitters, flytying materials, flyfishing School, accessories, books, collectables, conservation and flyfishing organizations…all under one roof! Finally, we will have a dozen highly skilled and renowned fly tiers which will tie flies, will present their creations and will discuss with the public on their favourite flies. The admission fee is 5$ for adult and free for kids under 16. The door will open at 10 AM and close at 5 PM. Lot of door prizes with a salmon fishing trip included!
