Alex C. 0 Report post Posted March 30, 2005 I'm gonna tie up some creamy white colored stonefly nymphs to imitate when they are molting. My thought is they are probably pretty easy for trout to prey on during this stage and any trout will take advantage of it when they see it. But everything I see says match the hatch so I'm wondering if I should even waste my time if it won't work. I'm fairly confident I'm not the first one to think of this so does anyone have any experience with these? Will it work?
