couple of flies I've tied lately...

Found this LED light at walmart today for $20 just thought I would share LED Desk Lamp

Look good to me, I can't even imagine what tying those small flies are like at this point of my tying career. well done

Here are some more flies I have tied. The two on the bottom are from my tying class this week and the top two patterns are from a book I picked up. I am already starting to look at patterns and ways to tweak them. Really having fun. Probably gonna get my first casting lesson on monday. Let me know what you think.

Thanks for all the feedback. Those are some great links utyer, thank you. The biggest problem I had with the first ones was crowding the hook eye so I started cheating the eyes back a little bit and using a little less material and its starting to work out. Again thanks for all the feed back guys.

Hello all, my name is Matt. I am new here and ne to fly tying, and fly fishing for that matter. I live in Florida. I went to my second fly tying class yesterday and bought myself a peak vice. Below are pictures of some of my first clousers and another baitfish pattern I tied in the class yesterday. I have tied about a dozen a this point and I'm really enjoying it. Looking foward to learning something new. let me know what you think. I will break out the big camera for some better pictures next time. Matt
