Fly Tying
KHoss

Large wool head streamer

Recommended Posts

I did this for another site, but being the tutorials have been a bit slow, figured I'd share

This is a bit of Nick Granato's El Chupacabra and Brad Bohen' s Hang time

the idea is a large hollow fly with profile that is also castable

a fly that is layered so it doesn't pin out/smash down when stripped

Wow Khoss, those are freaking amazing!!! Thanks for the step by step I'm gonna be tying these up for the smallies and largemouth, the tail should kick like crazy with a big head. and the color combo's are endless.

Very nice. Wish I had all the materials. I'd be heading to the vise right now! What hook?
