  1. Flies are going out tomorrow. All flies are in except zip's. thank you for your patience. I plan to post all pics.
  2. Still waiting on a few tyers.
  3. I am waiting on someone's communication. Other than that, all other flies have been received.
  4. In my opinion, unless it sinks or is a diver, color doesn't matter that much unless you are using black. I truly believe that you can catch a bass on any color bug - if it's a topwater popping bug. However, I do think your pattern is great. I do think about color and design too. http://warmwaterflyfishing.blogspot.com/
  5. I have received more flies - hairstacker, oldfart, and yellow ccc. My Webpage
  6. I've had some interest but will have to do an open house. I have received more flies. deeky and steel45 your flies are in. My Webpage

Do ya'll mind if I post your flies as I recieve them. geozip and sfrsean had already posted pics. I just wanted a larger image of this one.
  16. This is srfrsean's Collier's Warmwater SnoBall Beetle.
  17. Vices, try a Befus' Epoxy Scud - my guess is that if it's a nymph, it may catch a carp.
  18. For a woolly worm, I would tie a 3 XL Sizes 4-10. THE DUE DATE IS probably a month from when we can get at least 5 people to sign up. I'll give it a day or two more before closing it.
  19. Carp feed on nymphs, terrestrials and plants too. It depends on what is in the water and the season. They feed on mollusks, snails, crawdads, damsel flies, dragon flies, beetles, etc. Suggested patterns in Carp on the Fly are: Clouser Swimming Nymph Bead Head Prince Nymph Woolly Bugger Rubber Legged Hare's Ear Nymph Barr's Damsel Fly Barr's Dragon Fly Nymph Bead Head Stonefly Nymph Befus' Wiggle Bug Barr's Bead Head Fup Midge Larva San Juan Worm Griffith's Gnat Callibeatis CDC Biot Mayfly parachute emergers spinners hoppers dandelion thistle seed mulberry fly cottonwood seed ants spiders crawdads - small 'dads scuds scuplin minnow patterns I have landed one on a pheasant tail nymph.
  20. I will definitely attempt the pattern with just the foam - I'll have to sub a different color hackle. I've been busy tying up the McGinty for a swap. Your pattern is next. Thanks for all the info. http://warmwaterflyfishing.blogspot.com/
  21. I've been carp hunting lately - got to thinking, I have never been involved in a carp swap.
