  1. This is the update as of today. Flies were received from Threader, geozip, fly time, paymaster, old fat and srfrsean. I will post pictures of all the flies. I have been busy selling my home - or rather showing it. Work has me bogged down. Sorry for the delay. Let me know if you have any questions.

  3. This is srfrsean's Collier's Warmwater SnoBall Beetle. geozip's flies are here and a good pic was posted on the previous page. You both tied well. I am excited about receiving more patterns. Do ya'll mind if I post your flies as I recieve them. geozip and sfrsean had already posted pics. I just wanted a larger image of this one.

  4. Carp feed on nymphs, terrestrials and plants too. It depends on what is in the water and the season. They feed on mollusks, snails, crawdads, damsel flies, dragon flies, beetles, etc.

     

    Suggested patterns in Carp on the Fly are:

  5. I've been carp hunting lately - got to thinking, I have never been involved in a carp swap. It would be very interesting to see which flies other folks use to land these beauties. :yahoo:
