    Went to look at the flies and I am unable to open them. Need to be in Classic Fly Forum. Got a personal message from Classic fly and can't retreive it. If I make a new registration it won't let me use the name that it came in. Even tried the forgot the password in case I was already a member and forgot but it says I am not a member. :dunno: Dilema :help: register new name and look at flies but not be able to read pm from Classic forum :angry: I need another coffee.

    I too had a problem contacting the Mad Sceintist. There was no way of contacting him, they kept saying his IP didn't exist. So what you get to worry about is that there is no longer a business. Maybe something unfortunate has happened. I know I just went through the same process. Tried again today to alert him to the problem.

     

    Unfortunately I think our business relationship may have been damaged in the mean time. It appears he may not be aware of the problem so everyone who is dealing with the MadSceintist should hang in there till we find a way to see if he finds out what the problem was and gets it clarified.

     

    So 60mikes you are not going crazy and there is not anything wrong with your computer, I also was getting the IP not existing message. :dunno:

    I'm in. With a Comparadacktle. This pattern is a killer :gun_bandana: :gun_bandana: on the Skagit River just north of the Canadian Border.

     

     

    When I lived in B.C. I used to frequent your town on beautiful sunday afternoons. I had to go there to get Maritime beer that they didn't sell in B.C. Had to go to another country in order to get a beer from Nova Scotia. ( 1980's) Go figure. Always had a good time in your neck of the woods.

    Houndog flies arrived today after I came home from my first morning fishing of the season. Your flies are great I'll have to try to make those. Like I said...TRY.... Thanks, the gifts are unbelievable and too much.

     

    You people are putting me to shame. You are going to like these.

     

    P.S. My neighbour went with me this morning. Not saying what he used. I had the hardest time not going to the next point and asking the flyfishers what they had on they lines. Can't wait for the rest, everyone is going to be happy.

    Rate..don't rate. It is all a matter of taste. I do what I do. Like it or lump it.

     

    My thing about the database is that there is no easy way to find flies under catagories ex: chironomids, streamers, comparadun, wooly buggers etc. It is very limited when searching by fly name or type. So I have to use the common search which is on the bottom, lots of scrolling. Maybe you could move the common search box to the top where it would be more convenient. I personally like to do word searches. I guess it would be through tags. Anyways if you moved the search box I would be very happy. :yahoo: :yahoo: Thanks a lot it is a fabulous data base!!!!

    riffleriversteelheadslayer your flies arrived today :yahoo: :headbang: . After I got my jaw back in place I noticed the gifts. Thank you!!!!!!! They are too much. People...just by the first 2 flies in I can tell we are going to have a great swap (if not the best swap ssssh.!) and my neighbour is going to have a hard time.
