I was wondering what flies to use while fly fishing in Allegheny state park. I would be able to fish most of the stocked streams and some of the natural streams. And I would be fishing in a couple of weeks.

I was wondering how to tie a realistic looking mayfly nymph. Any advice would help.

I could use your guys advice on what kind of legs to use on a stonefly and where I could possibly get them.
