flytire 0 Report post Posted May 7, 2022 Deschutes Madness Steelhead Hook - Gamakatsu T10-6H or equivalent Thread - Glo brite #3 fluorescent red floss Tag - Flat gold tinsel and tying thread Tail - Fluorescent red floss or multiple strands of glo brite #3 floss Ribbing - Purple crystal chenille Body - Fluorescent red floss or tying thread Collar - Purple hen hackle Wing - Purple calf tail and strands of purple krystal flash There are various recipes for the steelhead fly.
