3FL2 0 Report post Posted December 3, 2007 What's happening in the flytying world?? I started a new job in wildlife management, I have tied only like 8 flies in the past two weeks. What's going? How's the fly tying season going? Chuck

flygirl 0 Report post Posted December 3, 2007 Sounds like a great job ..but you need to make time for tying. You don't want to end up like some people I know who pick up the bobbin once a month only to have hissy fits because they can't get the materials to cooperate. They're the reason I tie alone. I myself have been beyond busy... between tying for the swaps on this site, hosting a swap on another sight, tying & filling x-mas fly boxes,.....and since I work weekends I've convinced myself that I need to be on the stream at least twice a week( regardless of gas prices) so needless to say most of my own fly boxes are empty. I've been just tying & tying & tying............& tying....
