Ten Bears 0 Report post Posted January 7, 2008 These were taken January 5th, 2008 from the Washington state side on SH-14. The other side is Oregon. If you look closely you can see vehicles driving on I-84 just above the water line on the Oregon side (well you can in the original resolution).
