"On advisory days, the county Health Department recommends anglers wash their hands with soap and water before doing anything else -- and no cutting fishing lines with your teeth, said Dave Zazac, a spokesman for the department. It's possible to find small, but sometimes significant, amounts of parasites and harmful bacteria in the water."
