How many non-targeted species are caught in commercial nets and yet States heavily regulate the local fisherman through size and quantity limits while commercial fishing most times goes unregulated. These fjords once were home to tremendous popultions of searun salmonoids. Now some are virtual biological desersts inhabited with nothing but millions upon millions of jellyfish.
