Trumpy 0 Report post Posted March 22, 2009 I like this pattern looks like a killer. I thought the name of this fly was a 52 Buick? Hello, this fly was invented by Polly Rosborough. "Tying and Fishing the Fuzzy Nymphs", first published in 1965. This from the 1978 edition, Stackpole books. Rosborough was a professional tyer. Just a great fly. JohnP 0 Report post Posted March 25, 2009 Somewhere in my collection I have one of these tied by Polly. I got to watch him at the Caddis Fly Angling Shoppe in Eugene, Oregon, years ago. I bought a Casual Dress and a couple of other flies, and put them in a safe place.
