When fishing gets a little slow or none existant I pull out the 5wt and have some fun. These guys look a little flat and beatup cause they got fished and have caught a lot of fish. So far they've caught, bluegills, crappies and large mouth bass.

Those are cool looking , I see why they work so well. On the one on the right it looks to have some bright chartruse tails is that a new material or just how the photo caught it?

There both a little different. The tail for the one on the right is some fibers off of a bright green Guinea feather.

Thread: UNI fl. pink

hook: #6 34007 hook

tail: bright green Guinea feather fibers and a little green crystal flash (optional).

Body: uni highlander green floss with med. silver round tinsel.

Wing: squirrel and copper crystal flash (on the left one) or green crystal flash(on the right one).

eyes: bead chain (home depot)

Head: a lot of thread

Throat: (can't really see it on these ones) a little red craft fur.

That green guinea gives it a bit of a hotspot back there. I like it.
