I really like those! The shrimp might just flip on you in the water, if the eye is above the hook, rather than below. Results vary, so you will have to wait to get them in the water to see. If they do, keep doing them that way, but finish your details "upsidedown" and you will have the same fly, but with the hook point riding up rather than down. Not a bad thing, as they are more resistant to hanging up if you are getting them to the bottom.

The leech is nice too. I think if you pack the material a little tighter against the bead you would have a slightly more finished look, though it should not help the way it fishes... just for looks, imo.

Oh Mr.Legg your so bridge and tunnel. Lol. I like the shrimpys too. Im banging my head against a wall presently trying to figure out a shrimp of my own :)

hey kill those shrimp came out of a book i just got for my birthday texas salt water patterens . some are on siz 2 hooks and some on size 6
