Thunderstorm over the South Fork

Recommended Posts

Was flipping through some pics from last years fishing adventures and came across these. These were taken about 7 in the evening in late July as I was coming back from a day of hiking and fishing Palisades creek. Some big thunderclouds moved in and made for a pretty evening in Swan Valley.

Great shots! Very dramactic scene with good light.

Thanks, I'm not a photo guy, and don't have a fancy camera. It was one of those moments when you realize how blessed you are to spend time in the outdoors.

Looks like you are a photo guy :) Been in the valley with some of those storms :) It was nice to see some home waters.

Great shots, you may not be a photo guy, but you have a photo eye. Cameras don't take pictures, people do and yours are fine examples of that philosophy.
